Arthur Yang

Arthur Yang is a Work Services Specialist at Nine Star Education and Employment Services, providing case management to assist welfare recipients to obtain employment and become self-sufficient.    Arthur represents the Hmong community of Anchorage, Alaska.  He is a board member of Bridge Builders since 2007, a committee member of the Anchorage Community Police Relations Task Force and a Commissioner of the Anchorage Equal Rights Commission appointed by Mayor Mark Begich since 2006.
